motto of the Economic Services Department is “Educate,
Train, Capitalize.” The services
provided through the department are business counseling,
technical assistance, business education, micro-loans, incubator
assistance, credit counseling and Public/Private ventures
to potential, new start-up, or fledgling businesses. These
