The motto of the Housing Services Department is to “Build Better – Better Credit Character, Better Financial Management Skills, Better Home maintenance Knowledge, and Better Affordable Housing for low to moderate income persons.” The services provided through this department are credit counseling, homeownership education, homebuyer assistance, housing development, and rental housing. These services can be accessed at any one of the below three locations by appointment.
